Steps for creating Google pin are as follow:

Steps for changing Google pin are as follow:

1. Open your Google account. You might need to sign-in there.
2. In the left pane, select Security & after that select Signing in to Google.

Creating & changing Google pin through the Google Admin app.

Before using the Google Admin app for creating & changing the Google pin, let us first understand what it is & all other things we can do with this app.

Google Admin app can be used by an organization's administrator to perform essential admin tasks directly from their android mobile. For using this app we need to have an administrator account on our device.

The actions we can perform with the Google Admin app are as follow:

1. Create & manage users: By using this app, the administrator can create new users, reset their password in case if the user forgot it, edit their profiles, update their profile photos & can also suspend users.
2. Manage groups: By using this app, the administrator can add new users to the groups & can also assign & edit their roles.
3. Manage devices: By using this app, the administrator can approve, block, delete & wipe user devices.
4. Review account activities: By using this app, the administrator can filter log & report files based on type, administrator, or date range.

Here are the common steps for both creating & changing the Google Pin.
Steps:

2.  Remember that you must be signed in with your administrator account.
3.  Click on the hamburger icon, then select Settings.
4.  Choose the options:
   •  To create a new Google pin, tap Set PIN.
   • To change your existing Google pin, tap Change PIN.

Note: If you create or change your Google pin here, it will be applicable for all the Google services that use the pin.

How to reset the Google pin if forgotten?

We can also use the Google Admin app for resetting the Google pin. The steps for the same are as follow:
Steps:

1. Open the Google Admin app & set it up on your device. For your ease, we are again providing the link "how to set up the Google Admin app on android".
2.  On the Enter Google PIN screen, click on Forget PIN?
3.  Now sign in to your administrator account & follow the steps for changing the Google pin. (For your ease, you can see the steps already provided above.)

Conclusion

The two ways of creating & changing the Google pin are:

1.  In this, we simply use Google Account Page, from there we go to the Security tab present in the left pane. After that, we select the "Google Account PIN" option under the "Signing in to Google" panel.
   •  If you haven't created the pin before then the "Create PIN" option will be present there.
   •  If you have created the pin before then the "Change PIN" option will be present there.
   •  At last, choose & enter a strong Google pin & save it.
2. In this, we use the Google Admin app to create & change the Google pin. For this, we first need to install this app on our device & after setting it, we can create & change the pin by selecting the "Settings" option inside the hamburger icon. There we have to choose an option:
   • To create a new Google pin, tap Set PIN.
   • To change your existing Google pin, tap Change PIN.

For resetting the Google pin if forgotten, we can again use the Google Admin app & follow the same steps of installing & setting it up on the device. After that, on the "Enter Google PIN" screen click on "Forgot PIN?" and then follow the steps for changing the Google pin as discussed above.
